As a follow-up on my last cyclingnews.com journal entry, I made it through Nationals without entirely cracking. Now I am happy to thoroughly embrace a quality break. I got home late on Saturday and on Sunday we had a dessert party. I am taking this break very seriously as I do nothing and eat everything.
